While looking around a hipster book store in Fresno, CA, I came across a checker’s tote bag. The bag was black and white, came with game pieces, but was a little too dull for my taste. It inspired me to recreate the checkered aesthetic myself.
I wanted to break the color binary by randomizing my favorite hues of red, blue, and green for the different spots and pieces.

It kinda looks like the bubbles are coming off the screen no? Who knew a for loop could illustrate Shrek’s bath.

I hated trig in high school, but it came in handy for this colorful and fun spinning light show.
GO GINA (my music video)
I was SZA’s 0.005 top listeners in 2021, so I thought it was only appropriate for me to code how I envisioned the music video to my favorite song on CTRL to be. This colorful and interactive sketch is how I feel when I listen to “Go Gina”.
